Sr17018 + Mit
Sr and mit combo has helped me lower my tollarance as well as helped me with wd. Im able to function as a normal human being First 2 days I would preload with sr snf then stop using mgm completely without tapering and my habbit wasnt small. Over the past 4 month I've been at 120 to 160mg daily. This is a miracle for me.

Going to be trying the SR + MIT combo very shortly! I’ll be posting the progress here & taking any suggestions. I’m feeling confident I can get MGM habit under control.

That combo is well known as the perfect combo for tapering and/or stopping mgm or any opioids. Smart man!
Never tired Sr MiT combo for a break just Sr which has always worked great might have to try this next time
How many mg of each do you do
I did around 60 to 80mg of sr and around 120 to 160mg of mit every 4 to 6 hours i did take allot of it not gonna lie probaly could of taken less and been ok.
I hate to see what WDs feel like on mgm. I take 75mg doses like 4 to 6 times a day for about 3 to 4 months now....I have that old 7oh mentality of wanting to constantly dose every couple hours!
